Anne Heche Plastic Surgery Before and After Facelift and Nose Job

Anne Heche is my favorite crazy Hollywood actress. When I saw her on Nip / Tuck a few years ago, I was surprised at how different she looked. She looked much harder than she did back in the 90s. Her nose is shaved down and I definitely believe she has had a brow lift. I genuinely don’t care for the work she has had done, because I feel it makes her face look more harsh.

Anne Heche had a possible facelift and definite Botox injections about in the late 2000's.  She had the plastic surgery right before her role on the Showtime series "Hung" began.  It's a bit ironic that she's married to a dermatologist in the series.  Here's Anne Heche before and after cosmetic surgery.

Like so many other show business starlets, Anne Heche has also been rumored to have undergone a plastic surgery procedure or two, which isn’t surprising at all, after she debuted a new look just a few years ago.

One area of noticeable difference is her eyes, which appear to be more slanted and tightly pulled, prompting eye lift surgery speculation. a brow lift operation has also been mentioned in the past, however this looks more like the result of botox injections, in my humble opinion.

There has also been rumors that Anne Heche had a little work done on her nose, and from the looks of this before and after picture, i believe that she did have a very minor procedure focusing on the tip of her nose and nostril area.
